Most remodelers hold one licence and subcontract the rest. We hold general building, plumbing, HVAC and landscaping, so the wall, the drain behind it and the yard outside it are one job with one person answerable for it.

A water heater, a new AC, a drought-tolerant front yard — each is a normal job for us, not a favour we do between remodels.
